For Starr and Dr. Lawrence Gould, New Master Coordinators from Ohio, Shaklee has been an important but secondary part of the fabric of their lives for 37 years. But recently, growing their Shaklee business has become their primary passion
Through the years, the Goulds' business prospered even without their complete attention on it. As Starr explains, "From the beginning, I worked only part-time at my Shaklee business.
Larry, a physician specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, had a very busy practice, and I was a part-timenurse and a full-time mom, so the time we had to spend on building our business was limited.
But, even with our less-than-dedicated effort, our business continued to grow and brought us a very nice income."

We are so focused on building our downlines and their groups that we qualified without consciously making it our goal." In fact, Larry has become so devoted to building their Shaklee business that after 43 years in practice and over 15,000 deliveries, on Friday, September 29, 2006, he delivered his last baby so that he can concentrate more on Shaklee.
He is still practicing gynecology and in fact is using the Shaklee Products in the practice. Starr is delighted that Larry can spend more time with her in the business, "I am so looking forward to our truly being a team. It's exciting and fun. And it's so great now that our daughter and son are building businesses of their own.
Starr happily sums it up, "Larry and I feel like we're just starting out — we're excited, energetic and enthusiastic. We are working very hard but we're having a wonderful time! No traditional retirement in our future! To us, ‘retirement’ means being able to do what we want, when we want and having the money to accomplish it. Our Shaklee business provides us with all these benefits!"
Jude and Jack Peskuskihad a dream - health and financial independence for themselves and their family. Today they are living their dream, made even better because they are improving the lives of others by teaching them the same ideas that brought them success.
"So many people," Jude explains, "married with children, young singles just starting out and retirees on a pension want the freedom and independence of working from home and being their own boss. We wanted to find a way to help them reach their goals." And that's what they've accomplished.
